Way of Working.

Bring the water, hibiscus, cinnamon and cloves to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon, sweeten to taste, and strain. Serve hot or iced.

Valerian Tea:

Ingredients.

  • 500ml of water.
  • 1 Tablespoon valerian root.

Way of Working.

  • In a saucepan, boil 500 ml of water.
  • Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of valerian root.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and drink.
