“When it comes to losing fat, it is important to increase the feeling of satiety, so it will take longer for the person to feel hungry,” explains the professional.

Protein Shake

Redondo points out that proteins have two main functions. “They prevent loss of lean mass. You know a person won’t lose muscle with fat, just fat.”

Second, just like oats, protein promotes feelings of satiety. “Foods with more protein make the individual more satisfied because digestion is slower,” says the expert.

Coffee Without Sugar

Who does not like a cup of coffee to start the day with a lot of energy? However, it is important to be aware of the amount of sugar in the drink.

According to a nutritionist, the ideal thing in the process of losing weight is to avoid the consumption of sugary liquids.

Lemon Water

Drinking water is essential to stop fluid retention and thus reduce swelling. “Water intake is important for the body to function properly,” Redondo says. “The lemon helps add flavor,” he adds.
